TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Processing time: each order has a processing time of 5 business days maximum, including printing and packaging.

  • Shipping method: Correos Spanish National Service. All orders have certified shipping with tracking code

  • Shipping costs: Internatonal shipment: 15€. National shipment 0€ (customs house costs not included. It depends on the destination country to implement them according to their own terms and legal conditions).

  • Customs house taxes: costs of customs houses taxes are not included in the price. All customs house taxes must be paid in the destination country by the customer, according to the country’s terms and legal conditions.

    In case of Islas Baleares, Islas Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must provide their DNI number in order to do a proforma invoice which is required by the transport service.

  • Delivery time: The sipping time is 5-7 business days for national shipments (except Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Canarias e Islas Baleares) and 7 to 10 business days for international shipments. In case there’s any kind of delay produced by the transport service it is its responsability and Franvegas.com will make any needed claim in that case. Compensation and refunds of imports will always depend on the resolution of the transport agency, according to its own policy on returns and breakages.

    It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery information: Name and complete address including number, floor and letter if applicable, as well as provide the correct postal code, town and province; and at least one contact telephone number. In case there is an error in any of the delivery information, the delivery will be delayed and the user must pay, if applicable, the corresponding amount as a new shipping cost which will depend on the service contracted for reshipping the package to the new address if you want this to be delivered again. Reshipments may cause delays of 24 to 48 hours. If the customer does not want to pay these costs, they can request the cancellation of the order, in which case both the outbound shipping costs and the shipping costs for returning the package to our facilities will be deducted from the amount paid for the order.

  • Cancelling orders terms: the customer may request the cancellation of an order if it has not been shipped. If you have already left our facilities, the cancellation request will be considered a withdrawal and must comply with the provisions established in that case.

    In the case of products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, a cancellation will not be accepted if they have already been manufactured, even if they have not been shipped.

  • Bank transfer payments: In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is not considered effective until we confirm the corresponding payment and therefore, the delivery times begin to count from this date, this taking precedence over the date chosen by the client. Payments by bank transfer may have a delay of 1 to 3 days in delivery.

  • Returning terms (for not damaged products): All products must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise Franvegas.com reserves the right to reject the return.

    Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions to send the product to our offices. You must send the products without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days since the moment you inform us of your desire to exercise the right.

    The transportation costs incurred for the return will be the customer responsibility. The customer is free to choose and search for the agency that best suits their needs or offers the most competitive rates.

    Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will return the payment received, with the exception of shipping costs, both there and back if you choose to have us send our transport agency to pick up the package.

  • Damaged or lost orders: if the product has been damaged the customer must let it know to Franvegas.com immediately in a maximum period of 24h after receiving the product. The reclamation must be done through the contact form with attached pictures of the damage, not just the product itself, but also the packaging (transport serviced demands these evidences). Once the incident has been managed, we will send you the replacement item as soon as possible. If the damage is total, we will resend the complete package once the transport agency approves the incident due to breakage. All this after consulting with the buyer to know if they want a refund or a new product.

  • Withdrawal: Franvegas.com informs that the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them, it includes the possibility of doing it electronically, an option that we recommend in order to shorten times. To do this, you must write an email to franvegasmolina@gmail.com

    In accordance with current legislation, the contract concluded may be rescinded, without the need to justify such decision and without penalty of any kind, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise by the customer. To do this, once you inform us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us the product/s. Once we receive the product(s), we will refund your money in the same payment method you used within 48/72 hours.

    If the payment was made by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number to make the refund. Keep in mind that the period established by law for returns is 14 calendar days. We will always try to return your money as soon as possible, but for administrative reasons the period could be extended up to 14 calendar days.

    The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

    To proceed with the refund, the following clauses must also be met:

    -The product must arrive at our facilities in the same condition as it was delivered. If it does not retain its original packaging, accessories and condition, we will not accept the request.

    -Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be made using the same protective box in which it was received. If it is not available, the customer must return it in similar protective packaging so that it arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

  • Legal disclaimer: Franvegas.com undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, which may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brands programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.

    Additionally, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:

    “Sale of nude explicit content to children under the age of 18”.
